This store has got wonderful and timely service. I ordered stuff online for Fathers day. My stuff got damaged during delivery by Australia Post. The store had to resend my stuff in time for Fathers day. I really appreciate their service. Keep up the good work

Poor quality of stock, purchased a tonne of stuff, honestly wish I hadn’t bothered!Rock was like mush! Completely crumbled, the bags of toffees were the texture of fudge, even after a night in the fridge, they didn’t firm up.Bonbons and humbugs were absolutely nothing like British ones.Very dissatisfied, contacted them and was offered a replacement or refund, but was also told that it was unfortunate that it ‘wasn’t to my liking’ this got under my skin a bit because I wasn’t being picky- It wasn’t a case of my taste buds not liking them. I was sent stale, soft low quality goods.Would have preferred a apology and better service rather than for them to imply it’s just a matter of opinion on the sweets being stale and gone off tasting!Sorry to leave such a review but I hope it helps work on your customer care skills if nothing else.I was refunded for the rock and one bag of humbugs.I won’t be seeking a refund on any of the rest, I’d rather just throw them and be done.

Its good. Go for that somewhat nostalgic walk. A place you can buy pressies.

Every time I walk in, I am taken back to my childhood! A lovely store full of memories and goodies that I really should not touch. Highly recommended to anyone wishing to spoil themselves a little. Thanks Jemma!

Great first time experience with this shop. Had issues ordering online. Rang through from Ireland and spoke to Jemma who took the order and processed it herself and called me back within the hour to advise on delivey to my brother in Perth. Very helpful and friendly. Was delivered on the 2nd working day. Needless to say my brother whose birthday it was, was delighted with a great selection of goodies from home. Thank you so much Jemma. Highly recommend this shop.

Love this place, could spend a lot of money buying all those yummy things from my childhood.

Some of the pre packed stuff by manufacturers is ok, every time I come in here it’s hit and miss, some times things tastes as it should, other times they taste quite terrible. Some of it is nothing like proper British stuff even though it has ‘made in Britain’ seems like the cheap tat imitation stuff you’d get at lidl!
